Big Brother 10: April Cuts a Deal
Last night on Big Brother 10, viewers got to see the results of Thursday night’s grueling Head of Household competition, which involved holding on for dear life to a shaky building ledge.
While the big boys dropped like flies, it came down to April and Michelle as the final 2 standing. After making a deal with Michelle, and promising not to put either Michelle or her best friend Jessie on the block, April took the win.
Michelle took the loss hard, but was comforted knowing that both she and Jessie are safe for another week.
Or are they?
In a not-so- surprise move, April nominated Memphis and Jessie for eviction. How can she do this with a clear conscience?
April contends that she still kept her word. She didn’t put Michelle up and Jessie isn’t her target (Memphis is). So in her mind, she didn’t break her promise.
When will the Big Brother contestants realize that desperate deals made during endurance HOH competitions almost never pan out? Everyone breaks their promise! I’ll be surprised if Jessie makes it through this week (unless he wins the Veto). Memphis is a little more likeable to the other houseguests and so far hasn’t proved to be that big of a threat. And with the America’s Player vote in play, it will be interesting to see how things turn out.
