Last night’s eviction on Big Brother 10 was came as no surprise. What did come as a surprise was that Libra was voted out unanimously. I thought that at least April and Ollie would vote to keep her in, especially since April’s hatred for Keesha, the other nominee, is increasing. When April said Keesha is jealous of her because “I’m prettier than her” I had to laugh- especially when I saw Ollie’s face.

But back to the eviction. Libra exited graciously. I liked her better during her 2 minute one on one with Julie than I liked her the whole time she was in the house. She was intelligent and well spoken. I feel bad that she was evicted on this particular week, because now she has to stay in the jury house until the end of September- that’s another month and a half without seeing her kids! She would have been better to go home last week and avoid the whole jury-house thing.

And now for the HOH competition. It was one of those dopey question and answer types, about diary room conversations. Well, Renny won the competition! Yay Renny! But it was the most anticlimactic HOH win I’ve ever seen. No cheering or gloating from Renny, who’s usually the loudest person in the house.

The closing credits showed Renny sitting alone and looking a bit sad and subdued.  An odd ending indeed, but at least it was a productive show!
