“The One With the Late Thanksgiving” is a Friends episode from season 10. It is the final ‘Friends” Thanksgiving episode.
Monica, who is preoccupied with trying to adopt a baby, doesn’t want to host Thanksgiving like she does each year, but relents and reluctantly agrees to do it.
When the rest of the gang is an hour late for dinner, Monica is none too pleased. The reason Phoebe is late is because she was busy entering Ross and Rachel’s baby, Emma, in a baby beauty contest. Rachel was dead set against it, until she learned that the first prize is $1,000. Meanwhile Ross and Joey are late for the dinner because they snuck off to a Rangers game.
Monica is so furious at all of them that she locks them out of the apartment– until she gets a phone call from the adoption agency saying they may have a baby for her!
