The Bachelor is Back!
I love Jason Mesnick. Sorry. I just think he’s a total cutie pie and I also think Deanna Pappas made a huge mistake when she put a halt to his marriage proposal at the end of last season’s The Bachelorette. So I was thrilled when single-dad Jason was cast as the latest single guy on ABC’s The Bachelor.
Last night’s Season 13 debut was typical Bachelor fare, with the exception that there were 4 single mom’s in the running. Jason weeded through the 25 ladies and eliminated 10 of them. I was surprised by some of his picks. Rumor has it that in the end Jason found his true love and is now engaged. At this point I can’t imagine which girl it is. I didn’t see him have a real connection with any of them. The spoilers for the upcoming season reveal that Pappas shows up to cause a little drama. I’m pretty sure it’ll be a one-day visit.
In any event, plenty of fireworks are sure to be ahead. I may actually watch this season all the way through!
