Celebrities love to name their kids unusual names, and singer Ashlee Simpson and her husband Pete Wentz are no exception. Ashlee gave birth this week to their first child, a baby boy whom they named Bronx Mowgli Wentz.   While I scratched my head as I pondered over that name, in reality it really isn’t all that bad.

You can just add it to the list of unusual names that celebs have chosen over the years:

Compared to some of these names, Gwyneth Paltrow’s Apple and Courtney Cox-Arquette’s Coco are downright mainstream.

The highly coveted first photos of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s twin babies, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline,  have been purchased by People magazine. As with the photos of Brad and Angie’s daughter  Shiloh two years ago, all of the proceeds will go to charity.

The photographs were said to have sold for an enormous amount of money, dwarfing the amounts paid for previous celebrity baby pictures.  While some celebs scoff at the sale of their baby’s photos, others commend Brad and Angelina for donating all of their proceeds to charity.

The Jolie-Pitt twins’ photos will hit the newsstands on Monday. In the meantime, People magazine is said to  be offering sneak peek at one of the photos  on their website tomorrow.

Over the weekend, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie welcomed the arrival of their twin babies. Jolie delivered the twins- a boy and a girl- Saturday evening in Nice, France. The twins, named Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, join siblings Maddox, Zahara, Pax and Shiloh. I only have one question—why do all of their son’s names end with the letter “X”? Seems a little odd to me.

Anyhoo, we all already know that Jolie-Pitt’s daughter , Shiloh, is a gorgeous combination of both of her parents. Can’t wait to see what a baby boy Pitt looks like! Word has it that the first photo of these twins will be worth millions. Jolie and Pitt will likely offer a posed photo for sale for charity—they roll like that.
